ALIENATION ABS
Alienation Abs is an accommodation brokerage system for housing associations that facilitates choice based letting. ABS enables the fast identification of available accommodation between groups of Housing Associations and their relevant partners. The system enables quicker identification of properties available for exchange or unoccupied taking into account factors such as occupancy levels and locality.
Using choice based letting, if people are allowed to live where they would choose they are more likely to stay there and become part of the community.
ABS operates across the Internet enabling 24/7 access for staff and provides an audit trail of progress and records the movements of clients between accommodation. On line reports include monthly statistics of outcomes - for example number of transactions per client..gif)
