Bruntwood Estates are one of the largest property investment companies in Manchester and they are the official Property Partner to the Commonwealth Games in Manchester 2002.
Our brief was to design a 'glossy' looking website to match their printed catalogues, showcase their extensive portfolio of commercial property and business centres and incorporate features to allow updating of the website by staff within Bruntwood.
This is the second design for the Bruntwood Estates website. Having initially developed their first website in 1999, we were given the opportunity to give their site a new design in September 2001, whilst adding in the new Commonwealth Games section.
The site gives details on all Bruntwood properties, their charitable activity, the latest company news and allows them to recruit staff online.
The website is the main marketing tool for Bruntwood Estates and they were keen for the design to be individual and striking. Following a very strict brief, we created a website that is not only easy to use and easy for Bruntwood to manage, but very individual and beautifully designed.
Cost savings have been achieved by reducing the number of brochures sent out as prospective tenants can be directed to the website in the first instance.
Occupancy rates for their buildings have also been improved, as the website gives up-to-date information on current availability within the buildings.
From the success of the first website, Bruntwood have gone on to create another site called Rate Assist, that allows Bruntwood tenants and prospective tenants to calculate their projected Rates Bill over the next 4 years and hopefully appeal for a reduction.
