The CNORIS project is a risk management scheme for the NHS in Scotland and is used by Scotland's NHS Trusts and Health Boards. Willis Ltd are the appointed scheme managers for the project. The Scottish Executive, who chose Alienation Design because of our expertise in providing simple, straightforward and well designed solutions, commissioned this project.
Willis wanted us to design a site that could be a central information source for all involved in CNORIS. They required the site to be fast loading and very functional as well as conforming to certain standards set by The Scottish Executive Health Department. Willis can also easily update the web site themselves through the Content Management System.
The site provides a wealth of information for those using CNORIS; from Risk Management Networks to Best Practice Cases and Bulletins to Claim Forms. The site also contains a mailing list facility which allows users to subscribe and unsubscribe as well as allowing Willis to keep those involved in CNORIS up to date with the very latest developments.
The web site, as a whole is the main tool used in CNORIS, for the sharing of information and views as well as gaining access to the necessary forms and protocols.
The web site has been a great success and is updated on a daily basis providing both Willis and the NHS in Scotland with an invaluable tool. Willis are now looking to make similar sites an integral part of each project they do.
