PROJECT TRACKER
At the beginning of every Alienation Design project, all stakeholders are assigned access to the Alienation Project Tracker. Uniquely, tracker is fully integrated with our internal systems to let you monitor your project in real time. Access is available 24/7 from anywhere in the world and tracker is updated ‘live’ as the project progresses.
logEvery task we perform on your project (from kick off meeting to final sign-off) is logged as the work develops. The log files let you see daily reports on how your project is advancing.
tasksAll projects are broken down in to groups of tasks. As each task is completed, tracker lets you know how far your project has progressed, the date each task was completed and by whom.
documentationCopies of all project documentation (from proposal to contract, from ER diagrams to the final Handover Pack) are held in your tracking area.
designDuring the initial design concept stage, you have access to all the draft designs for your homepage and internal site pages.
prototypeThe prototype area lets you view the site in development including the content management system. You are linked directly to the live project and can access all areas as they are being developed.
feedbackContact details for all project stakeholders and Alienation Design staff are clearly displayed.
