At all times the client is kept informed on progress. Helpdesk requests can be submitted by using the support form within

maintenanceSupport and maintenance on any bugs or enhancements is provided on all developments and implementations provided by Alienation and is covered by our Service Level Agreement. If you opt for the full Publish licence option, you will benefit from automatic access to
all future upgrades, enhancements and new feature developments of
Alienation Publish.
