At Alienation, we understand the importance of prompt and properly managed support. We offer all clients full support - over the phone and through our online support system. We guarantee that all you requests are dealt with and carried out on time.
helpdeskAll support requests are logged in our Helpdesk system and tracked until resolution. Each support request is assigned to the appropriate team members with clear timeframes established. At all times the client is kept informed on progress. Helpdesk requests can be submitted by using the support form within Alienation Publish, by telephone - 0141 575 9700, email - support@alienationdesign.co.uk, and our online request form.
maintenanceSupport and maintenance on any bugs or enhancements is provided on all developments and implementations provided by Alienation and is covered by our Service Level Agreement. If you opt for the full Publish licence option, you will benefit from automatic access to all future upgrades, enhancements and new feature developments of Alienation Publish.
